Refund policy

The short version
Week 1 is free precisely so you do not have to gamble. If you pay and then change your mind quickly, you get your money back.
Full refund
We refund in full if you ask within 7 days of the payment and the child has completed fewer than three lessons from the paid weeks.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
Partial refund
On the Full Programme, if you ask between 8 and 30 days after paying, we refund the unused portion pro rata against the 120-day access period.
Month by Month payments are not refunded after 7 days, because each payment only covers 31 days.
How to ask
Email the support address from the email you used to sign up, quoting the payment reference shown on your dashboard. We reply within two working days.
If something went wrong technically
If you were charged and your weeks did not unlock, do not pay again. Contact us with the payment reference — the payment is recorded on our side and we will open the weeks manually or refund you, whichever you prefer.
